With a team in fruux, you get access to features that are especially helpful if you are collaborating with multiple people. The team product allows managing and configuring your team and setting different permission levels. You might give certain people in your team full administrative access, while others might only have access to certain calendars, task-lists and address books owned by the team. For each individual calendar, task-list or address book you may configure "no access at all", "read-only access", or "read-write access".

In a team you also have the ability to delegate your calendar to other team members (e.g. if you are on holiday, or if your secretary or back office needs easy access to your calendar) and get access to a powerful feature called "Free-Busy" which allows easy scheduling of meetings, without doing annoying round-trips - your calendar application will automatically be able to figure out times for meetings where everybody is available.
